Bio:
London born/raised, Sabira Stanisavljevic has trained at Identity School of Acting in London. Her passion lies in telling stories, whether that be through someone else's scripts or her own, she wants to give a voice to the characters that society may have forgotten, or just don't know anything about as yet. Sabira’s desire is to work on projects that explore complex relationships as well as shine a light on how socio-economic situations affect the people around us.
In 2020, during the covid pandemic, Sabira wrote a film called In Plain Sight. The short aims to highlight the issue of hidden homelessness. Directed by Alex Igbanoi and in association with Centrepoint Charity, In Plain Sight is due out in 2021.
