Bio:
Kwame Owusu, a director, writer and actor. He recently graduated with First Class Honours in Drama and English Literature from The University of Manchester, and is now studying for an MFA in Theatre Directing at Birkbeck, University of London.
His directing credits include Pomona (Edinburgh Festival Fringe) and The Wolf From The Door (John Thaw Studio Theatre), and a number of projects for screen for Kickitdown Productions.. He was a Trainee Assistant Director on the world premiere of Rimini Protokoll’s Utopolis at Manchester International Festival 2019.
He is a Young Associate at the Gate Theatre, an Emerging Writer at the Bush Theatre, and a Member of the National Youth Theatre.
